Internal website analytics
Limited events are recorded on our own server to measure public page views and download, quotation and support clicks. These analytics do not store names, account details, IP addresses, search text or full page URLs, and are not sent to an external analytics service. Each tab's random identifier is held only in that tab's session memory and does not track people across the two domains. Raw analytics are retained for no more than 14 days. Analytics are disabled when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Server security requests are managed separately.
Optional fingerprint or face unlock
In supported app versions, after signing in you can enable account unlock using your phone's secure sensor. ARAN VISION does not receive fingerprints or face templates, and these are not sent to our server; verification is performed by the operating system. Only the session token is stored securely on that device, with authentication required. Signing out clears local login information. Session expiry or a fingerprint change may require signing in again with a verification code. This feature does not add Face ID or passkeys to the iPhone web version.
Camera and product-label scanning in the app
Camera access is optional and used to read barcodes, QR codes and product-label text. Scanned images are processed on the phone, not sent to the ARAN VISION server, and temporary scans are deleted after processing. Only selected text is sent to the catalog service when searching. Manual search remains available without camera permission.
Text recognition technical information
The Android scanner uses Google ML Kit. According to Google's documentation, images and processing results are not sent to Google servers. However, the library sends technical performance and usage information and related technical identifiers to Google for maintenance, debugging, performance measurement and abuse prevention, and may access the network to update its components. Information we collect
Name, email, phone number, address, organization or store, city and country, professional role, product interests and information you enter in RFQ or project forms.
How we use information
To create and manage membership, display prices and availability, respond to requests, coordinate orders, improve the catalog and provide relevant content.
Your choices
Newsletters and marketing messages are optional. You can choose daily or weekly delivery and withdraw consent at any time from the customer workspace.
Retention and access
Account and address information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, follow up requests, maintain financial records or meet legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorized people.
Essential service providers
The minimum necessary data may be shared with providers of hosting, messaging, payment and technical support. Access is limited to the relevant service. Customer information is not sold.
Cookies and login sessions
Essential cookies and technical identifiers support secure sign-in, session continuity, abuse prevention, baskets and forms. Optional marketing tools are not enabled without consent.
Security and your rights
Access controls, encrypted connections and limited security-event logging help reduce risk. You can view or correct your information and delete your account and associated personal information through /account/delete. Deletion requests are also accepted at support@aranvision.ir.
App and service provider
The ARAN VISION app and services are provided by Aran Vision Ltd. Privacy questions are handled through support@aranvision.ir.
What we do not do
We do not collect account information for sale to third parties or preselect optional consent.
